I've always been interested in history, and the Shroud of Turin kept coming up. One book said it wrapped the Grand Master of the Knights Templar after his execution. A podcast said it wrapped the body of Christ. Either way, it's a remarkable piece of physical history.
When I was learning my new lasers, I ran a picture of the Shroud through an AI program I was testing. Four minutes later I was looking at a face. It was an intensely spiritual moment for me, and I knew who I was looking at.
This is that image, internally engraved in crystal and set on a premium burl wood slab. It's the AI's interpretation of the Shroud, not a photograph, and I think it's worth having anyway.
On the back is a reversible black anodized aluminum plate. One side carries an image of the Shroud. The other side is engraved with your favourite Bible verse, so the piece is personal to whoever receives it.
