Shipping & Delivery

How long it takes

Everything is made to order here in Saskatchewan. Most pieces are ready in 1–2 weeks and tables in 2–3 weeks. That's before shipping.

Where and how much

We ship within Canada only. Engraving, glass, totems, coasters and other small items ship for $25 flat, or $35 express, per order. There is no free-shipping threshold.

Tables and One of a Kind pieces are too big for regular parcel shipping. They go by freight, or you can pick them up free near Dodsland, Saskatchewan. Ask for a freight estimate before you order, or we'll quote it after.

Any order can be picked up free near Dodsland, Saskatchewan, by appointment only. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll contact you to arrange a time once your order is ready. Please don't come by without an appointment.

Tracking

When your order ships you'll get an email with the tracking number.

Delays

Once it leaves the farm it's up to the carrier. Weather and busy seasons can slow things down. If it's taking too long, let us know and we'll chase it.

Check your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If it goes to a wrong address you entered, we can't cover the cost of sending it again.

Damaged or lost

If something shows up broken or doesn't show up at all, contact us with a photo or your order number and we'll make it right.
