Q: Can you engrave from my photo?

Yes. On Totems, the Totem Plaque and Coasters, upload your photo when you order and add any names or dates. We send a proof to approve before anything is engraved.

Q: Do you make memorial pieces?

Yes. Out of respect for the families we've worked with, we don't share them online. Reach out and we'll talk it through with you.

Q: Can I return a custom piece?

Custom and engraved pieces are final sale. If something arrives damaged, or we made a mistake that wasn't in what you sent us, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll repair it, replace it or refund you.

How long does my order take?

Everything is made to order. Most pieces are ready in 1–2 weeks. Tables take about 2–3 weeks. That isn’t including shipping.

Where do you ship?

We ship within Canada only. Small items (engraving, glass, totems, coasters and the like) are $25 flat for standard shipping, or $35 for express. That’s per order, however many of those items you add. Tables and One of a Kind pieces are too big for regular parcel shipping; they go by freight, or you can pick them up free by appointment near Dodsland, Saskatchewan. Ask for a freight estimate before you order, or we’ll quote it after.

Any order can be picked up free near Dodsland, Saskatchewan, by appointment only. Choose pickup at checkout and we’ll contact you to arrange a time once your order is ready. Please don’t come by without an appointment.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you’ll get an email with the tracking number. You can also find it in your account under your orders.

How do I reorder something you made before?

On the product page, use the box that says “Reordering? Write: same as order #____” and put your old order number there. We’ll pull up your last order and go from there.

Can you engrave from my photo?

Yes. On Totems, the Totem Plaque and Coasters, upload it under “Your photo” (drag and drop, or browse) and add any names or dates under “Names, dates or details” before you add to cart. On Monuments, Crooked Wood and Tumblers & Mugs, tell us what you want under “What should we engrave?”.

Custom tables and signs

Those are quoted one at a time. Use Request a quote on the product page (or the custom request page), tell us what you need, and we’ll reply with a price. Big signs and on-site jobs are part of Landmark.

Do you make memorial pieces?

Do you have business or bulk pricing?

Yes. Orders of $1,000 or more save 5%, $2,000 save 10%, $3,500 save 15% and $4,000 save 20%, off the whole order (except the dining table deposit) and applied automatically at checkout. See Business/Bulk.

Gift cards

Buy a gift card and send it to someone (or yourself). The recipient gets an email with their code. They enter that code at checkout, and the remaining balance shows there. The balance can be used on more than one order until it’s spent.

Returns

Custom and engraved pieces are final sale, so we can’t take returns or exchanges on those. Please check spelling, names and dates before you order. If something arrives damaged, or we made a mistake that wasn’t in what you sent us, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We’ll repair it, replace it or refund you.
