Refund policy
Custom and engraved items are made just for you, so they are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. Please check your spelling, names and dates carefully before you order. If your order arrives damaged, or we made a mistake (for example, a spelling error that wasn't in what you sent us), contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos.
