Frequently asked questions
Everything is made to order. Most pieces are ready in 1–2 weeks, and tables take 2–3 weeks, not including shipping. You'll get tracking once it ships.
Custom work is final sale. If something arrives damaged or we got it wrong, contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll repair, replace or refund it.
Yes. Most pieces take a name, date, message, photo or logo, and you add those on the product page when you order. For anything else, send us a custom request.
